Financial Affairs welcome new Financial Planner to their growing team

After successfully completing his training, Tass Hussain is enjoying his new role as a Financial Planner at Financial Affairs.

Burnley-based Tass has spent much of his life walking past the Financial Affairs building, living just 4 minutes away the job opportunity was not one to be missed.

After proving himself against Financial Affair’s rigorous training and competency scheme, and a new arrival at home, Tass is feeling on top of the world.

“It has been a wonderful month. Not only have myself and my wife welcomed our first child to the family I have also recently completed the training for my new role and I am enjoying the new challenges. Previously I have worked for HMHC, Cheetham Jackson and Pension Wise, so I have a lot of experience, however, what makes Financial Affairs different is the way we get under the surface a bit more. It’s a full client journey.”

Tass’ previous experience of giving financial advice has been client facing.

“Although the client facing aspect is very similar, the difference with this role is I am involved in the research team, the background, all the paperwork and experience the client journey from day one until the end. It means the quality of advice is completely personalised and also excellent quality.”

Alan Walsh, Chartered Financial Advisor at Financial Affairs said:

“Tass is a brilliant addition to our expanding team. As a family owned and operated insurance broker and financial advisory firm, our speciality is the personalised approach. Tass is dedicated to building long-term relationships and understands our priority is our clients getting the best advice and service.

Tass has also increased our skill set as he can offer meetings in Urdu which will better help us to serve the local community. We are really pleased he made the decision to join us and we are looking forward to the future.”

Tass also has an active part within the local community. He plays cricket for Belvedere Cricket Club, does charity work with Citizen Advice and will continue these relationships alongside his new role as Financial Planner.

“I feel a great sense of pride now working in Burnley, I grew up here and although Financial Affairs offer a country wide service I think its brilliant we are based here in the heart of the community.”
